1. General Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date), under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received

  • If you received the wrong color, style, or size/length, we will offer:
    A full refund or
  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective (not caused by use), please provide photos within 7 days.We will arrange a refund or replacement.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
To protect product quality and ensure fairness, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Cut Fabrics (including linings, materials, custom lengths)

Once fabric has been cut, measured, or used, it cannot be resold—therefore no returns are accepted. (If we sent the wrong item, we will replace it. This rule does not reduce your customer rights.)

Customized or special-order items
❌ Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
❌ Returns due to personal preference (e.g., “don’t like the color” or “not what I expected”)

4. How to Request a Refund
Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos (for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days

If a return is required, please ship the item back within 7 days after our confirmation.

Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Shipping Costs

✔️ If the issue is our fault (wrong item / defective item)

→ Maple Gleam will cover all shipping costs, including return shipping.

❌ If the return is due to personal reasons (non-defect)

→ The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. International Orders

Due to high international shipping costs,
international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

We will still assist you as much as possible if an issue arises.
